KNOXVILLE, PA - LeRoy Hammond, 79, of Westfield RD died Monday in Maple View Nursing Home, Coudersport.He was born Sept 12, 1891, in Brookfield Township, the son of John and Ida Dougherty Hammond.He was a retired farmer and a 50-year Grange member and affiliated for 30 years with the Austinburg Grange.He held a membership with Potter Brook Grange.he is survived by a son, Gordon Hammond of Westfield RD; a sister, Mrs. Eliza Poter of Troupsburg, NY; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews....Burial will be in the Champlain Cemetery, Westfield
