| I am currently researching the FERGUSON family from Jessup, Indiana. Fred P. FERGUSON was born 9/12/1879 in Coal Bluff, Indiana. He worked as a machinist at the Panama Canal from 6/12/1907 to 8/17/1922, before moving to Jessup, Indiana. He was married to Lola Nancy PAYTON and they had four children: Vivian Caroline FERGUSON, Albert Preston FERGUSON, Fred P. FERGUSON Jr., and Elsie FERGUSON. In addition, I am researching the KAUFFMAN family of Chicago, Illinois. Frederick W. KAUFFMAN married Elizabeth Marie SWIFT and lived at 7630 Champlain Ave, Chicago, IL - around 1910.In 1918 they moved to 7654 Vernon Avenue, Chicago,IL. Elizabeth was born in Liverpool, England on April 23, 1884. Frederick and Elizabeth had four children: Frederick Herman KAUFFMAN, Harold Theodore KAUFFMAN, Helen Margaret KAUFFMAN, and Betty Mae KAUFFMAN. I'm also searching for information on the WILLER and PRICE families. Theodore WILLER and his wife (her name is unknown) had three children: Otto WILLER, Hannah WILLER, and Max WILLER. The WILLER family came to the United States from Frankfurt, Germany on the same boat as the KAUFFMAN family. They also settled in Chicago, IL. Andrew J. PRICE, was born August 31,1883, died February 27, 1968 and is buried in Higgins Cemetery, Roscommon County, Michigan. He was married twice, his first wife was Genevieve (MACDONALD) PRICE, his second wife was Bertha M.(WILLER) PRICE. Please let me know about any additions or corrections you may have, or find in the future. Any information would be appreciated. I am willing to share the information that I have. |
