I am researching my Eastern Kentucky Heritage. The surnames are many, however, here are a few: Melton, Smith, Blair, Back, Amburgey, Monhollen/Hollen, Craft, Stamper, Pennington, Francis, Deaton, Russell, Hinkle. I am very proud of my ancestors with the all the hardships they faced just to get through a day. They were strong people and proud of who they were. I would love to share any information I have and if you see anything that may be wrong, please let me know. If you have any information to add to what I have, I would appreciate it. There are a few lines that have been very difficult to follow. I wish you well in your search for your ancestors. |
