It covers the states of Virginia, Kentucky, Tenn., Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, S. Carolina and North Carolina. It is believed that Anthony Gholson, Sr. was a descendant of Dr. Theodore Gulston, physician of the New London company which founded Jamestowne. It includes many of the early families and Burgesses of Virginia. It covers a period from 1600 in America to present, and hopefully to connect these present families with their orgins in England, Scotland,Ireland and Wales.All are invited to add related family information.
