My Families

I am researching both my family and my husband's family. The primary surnames being researched are GALLUP, SMITH, GIBEL and MALINSKY.

My grandfather Jestin Oliver "Ollie" GALLUP and my grandmother Olive Llewellyn SMITH moved their family from Rock County, Wisconsin to Texas about 1936 leaving behind many relatives.

The SMITH research is on the families of Milo SMITH and Elizabeth Pierce TOURTELLOTTE. My great-grandfather was their son Carroll Llewellyn SMITH.

My husband's family is more of a challenge. The MALINSKY's immigrated to the U.S. from Austria/Hungary in 1910. The GIBEL's immigrated from Austria in 1901 and the ZOLDOCK's from Austria in 1904, both families settled in Fayette County, Pennsylvania.

I hope that I will be able to make contact with descendants of all of the families. If any names in my family history match with yours I'd love to hear from you. If you find any inaccurate information in my data please contact me with the corrections and /or additions.
