The George E. Giffords of Sugar Land, Texas

We have been researching the Family Tree from William Gifford, of Sandwich, MA,(died 12/21/1687 in Sandwich) to the present. We have learned a great deal, but are having difficulty validating the line in New York State during the 1800s. When we first considered genealogy we thought "who needs it?", but once we got started it became somewhat addictive. We would encourage the reader to look into your genealogy.
