I've been actively researching for about five years now. I'm selectively posting portions of my family file in the hopes that it may help someone. Please note that the information in the reports is a best-effort on my part and should be used as guidelines for your own research. I am trying to post only first-hand research, so I have good confidence in it, but I'm human none-the-less.

Family Photos
My maternal grandfather, Paul Greenwald (33 KB) My grandfather was born March 20, 1893 in Bikacs, Hungary. This photo was taken in 1912 shortly after he arrived in Akron, OH. My maternal grandmother, Maria Schneider (9 KB) My grandmother was born on March 17, 1901 in Hercegfalva, Hungary. This is her passport photo. She arrived in this country on April 2, 1921. My maternal great-grandfather, Istvan Schneider (24 KB) Istvan Schneider was born in the 1870s in Hercegfalva, Hungary. I haven't yet located his birth or death records in the LDS films. My maternal great-grandmother, Susanna Blaser (47 KB) Susanna Blaser was my grandfather Paul Grünwald's mother. She was born March 7, 1857 in Bikacs, Hungary and died around Labor Day, 1939 there. In this photo, she surrounded by grandchildren and great grandchildren. My mother, Rosemary Gilbert (10 KB) My mother was born March 4, 1923 in Akron, OH. This photo was taken before her boyfriend left for the Army during World War II.
