The Gillard's of Southwest Louisiana

Hello...
I am researching the Gillard family located in Southwest Louisiana: Lake Charles, St. Martinville, etc. My father was Evans "Tinnie" Gillard, born 1910 in Lake Charles, LA of Louis Plenet Gillard (b.1873) and Lorena Darby (b.1873). Louis, one of twelve children, was the son of Ernest Gillard (b.June 1846) and Aspasie Bernard (b.May 1850). That's as far as I've been able to track so far.

My mother is Beatrice Lorella Gillard, born Duplichan 1923, in Kinder, Louisiana. Her parents were Dorcenus Duplichan (b.?, d.1927) and Fannie McGee (b.1885 in Eunice, Louisiana). Fannie's parents were Thomas McGee (b.1864) and Christine Fuselier (b.?,d.?)
