| I am researching our family history. I am especially interested in finding our Indian heritage. I know that Rebecca Box was one half Choctaw, but according to our oral family history we are part Cherokee. So far I have found nothing that would indicate that we are Cherokee. However, there is a lot on the Choctaw branch. Grandmother Susan Elizabth Draper Hardcastle insisted that we are Cherokee. If any one has any further information on it let me know. |
