The Shifflet Family Forest

We are researching the Shifflet family from mainly Virginia to southern Ohio. We have come across many different spellings that are the same family. Some include: Shifflet, Shiflet, Shifflette, Shipley, Shiplet and many more. Some of the families that married into it are Thacker, Napper, Freeman, Oiler, and McKinnis.
