The Schultz family's story is both ordinary and extraordinary. Like millions of others, it begins in the middle of Germany, moves across the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, and then into the Midwest. Finally, it ends in California, where descendants settle and the scatter again. This website is a record of that story and a tribute to the Schultzes, wherever they now live.
