Edward Peter Giusti was born in Lucca, Italy on September 02, 1886. He was brought to the USA when he was nine years old by his two older brothers. He lived in Galveston, Texas and married Mabel Julia Hansen. Together, they raised five children: Valerie Elizabeth Giusti, Edward Louis Giusti, Kenneth Harlan Giusti, Louis Wiley Giusti and Herbert Lee Giusti.
