| I started my genealogy research in memory of our father Rev. Dan Tobey. To many who knew him he was a rough-hewn spoken street preacher who grew up in St. Louis Missouri where he lived till his death in 1999. He was the founder of the Someone Cares Mission in North St. Louis which over the years provided food,clothing, and shelter to hundreds of people in the St. Louis and the surrounding area. To his children he was a father which we have many memories to cherish, he was also a Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother,and a Uncle. Today he is in our hearts and is missed very much by his family. His memory and good work will be remembered not only by us but everyone that knew my father Rev. Dan Tobey and who's loves that he helped. Feel free to contact me with any information that needs corrected. |
