Brooks Family of North Carolina and Indiana

I am researching the Brooks family thought to be originally from Wales, and said to have settled in North Carolina in the 1700's. I have some information as far back as Matthew Brooks, born in 1711 either in Wales or Virginia. Matthew was married to Elizabeth Warren in 1736. They had 4 children named David, Joel, Daniel, and Mary.

I am the 7th great-granddaughter of Matthew.

Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
