" Gochenouer and Munds"

I have been researching the names Gochenouer with various spellings and Munds. I have many Surnames which include Barcum, Bauer, Braddock, Freidel, Gasper, Hammon, Hammond, Hasker, Hellman, Lamble, Mayhew, Peters and Rankin Ancestors.

My ancestors seem to start with Jasper N Gochenouer that had a son Joseph N or Jasper N(DOB March 7th, 1858)in Illinos that married Carrie borne 1857 in New York, one of their children is Joseph Benjamin Gochenouer (DOB August 27, 1881), he married Helen(Nellie)Ruth Weaver and had 2 sons Ben Weaver and Harold LeVerne and 1 daughter Gladys Celestia . Harold LeVerne is my grandfather he married Mary Ruth Lee in June of 1930. They had 3 sons and 1 daughter, Harold LeVerne Gochenouer Jr. being my father married Irene Margaret Peters in October 1948, they had 2 sons and 3 daughters. Harry Lee ,Sherry Ann, Jerry Lewis, Mary Ella and Terry Lynn.

My wifes ancestors start with John Munds born in 1822 in Tenn with wife named Jane. They had a son Darres Munds borne Sept.1865 in Fremont Co. Iowa. He married May Ida Martin in about 1893 in Iowa. They had 4 sons and 4 daughters Charles Oscar Munds borne 3 May 1901 in Iowa is her grandfather. He married Margaret Alma Hellam in 1928 they had 6 children. Wilburn is her father and Peggy Hammond is her mother. They had 3 sons and 3 daughters. Margaret Elizabeth, Darres Joseph, Alice Sue, My wife Ruth Yvonne, Patrick Wilburn and Katheen Gail.

Joseph Benjamin Gochenouer and Helen Ruth or Nellie are buried in the Weaver Pioneer Cemetery in Casa Grande, AZ. with Helens family.
