2. MARY2 CHILDERS (ABRAHAM1) was born April 09, 1787 in Russell County, VA, and died April 14, 1891 in Perry Co., KY. She married JOSEPH KISER, JR., son of JOSEPH KEYSER and SUSANNAH STACY. He was born June 06, 1782 in Russell County, Virginia, and died March 27, 1869 in Russell County, VA.

Joseph was a farmer. He owned much valuable land around Carbo, Russell Co, Va, on Clinch River.

3. ABRAHAM2 CHILDERS, JR. (ABRAHAM1) was born 1800, and died December 29, 1887. He married FRANCIS KISER, daughter of ABEDNEGO KISER and MARY JESSEE. She was born February 1805 in Russell County, Virginia, and died 1887 in Russell County, VA.

4. GOOLSBY2 CHILDERS (ABRAHAM1) was born 1805 in Virginia, and died 1872 in Carter County, Kentucky. He married (1) MILLIE JOHNSON. He married (2) NANCY MCCLANAHAN 1830 in Russell County, Virginia. She was born June 08, 1814 in Virginia, and died Aft. 1872 in Carter County, Kentucky.

OOLSBY CHILDERS:
Goolsby Childers was born in 1805 in Virginia. He first married a girl named Millie Johnson who died some time after birth of a daughter they named Elizabeth. In 1830, he married Nancy McClanahan who was born in Virginia on June 8, 1814. they had 10 children.

In 1834 Goolsby and Nancy sold their land in Russell County, Virginia that held a vein of coal 13 feet thick and moved in covered wagon to Letcher County, Kentucky where he purchased a 200 acre farm at Lewis Fork of the Big Sandy River in Camp Branch. The move was due to the Home Guardsmen hostilities towards Goolsby's leanings for the Southern cause, as well as Nancy's father had been scalped by Indians.

Goolsby and Nancy died approximately 1872 and are buried side by side in the family graveyard on what was then the family farm in Letcher County, Kentucky.
