Researching James MCKIMM Geuris WILEY descendants. Two areas I have associated with them is Culmore, Ireland in 1889 and Greenock in 1890. William was born in Belfast Ireland or Londonderry, Ireland in 1851. Their sons Robert and William immigrated in 1877 and 1892. They lived in Pittsburgh, Penn., Mt Victory , Ohio, and Marion, Ohio. They married sisters Jessie and Hattie Pierce from Marysville, Ohio. Their parents were Daniel W. PIERCE and Feronia MEARS. I don't have much on these families , need help. Feronia MEARS may have married a HUTCHINSON.In Blackford County , Indianna, family descended from SHIELDS; MILLS; SAXON; TOWNSENDS; PERSINGERS since at least 1848. Prior to that they were from South Carolina, Virginia, and Ohio and New York. |
