THERE ARE SOME ERRORS IN MY INFORMATION!! I NEED TO CHANGE THEM!! HOLD OFF ON ANYTHING THAT I DON'T SAY I HAVE DOCUMENTATION FOR UNTIL I CHANGE THIS MESSAGE....SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE!! I WANT ALL OF MY INFO DOCUMENTED!! Any FACEBOOK GOOGES are welcome to review and send changes. (I haven't forgotten what has been sent to me; I just had to have another surgery) The next Googe Family Reunion will be July 2010, in Hazlehurst, GA. Bring a covered dish along with any family info or pictures you have and meet the rest of your kinfolks. I want to thank those of you who have contacted me with corrected or new information. I may be slow in getting it online, but it is VERY important to me. (And I hope to you also.) I would really appreciate pictures of our ancestors! I have found a lot of Googes on Facebook. If any of you find relatives listed in my book, please contact me with the information!!! I am researching the Southern Googe Family. My research connects the Gooch family from Virginia to the Googes from the Hampton and Barnwell areas. Many of these Googe family members moved from Hampton to various places such as Charleston, SC, Georgia, and Florida. We also have relatives in Kentucky and Tennessee that we can verify. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MORE INFO ON THE GOOGES FROM FLORIDA, TENNESSEE, AND TEXAS!!! (MISSISSIPPI, TOO!!!) I am looking for any info on the Mary Googe who married Jacob Owens. I am also desperately hoping to find pictures of the other children of the first Robert Henry Googe, Sr. HELP!!!!! My research results have grown even more! I have a very large list of "UNCONNECTED GOOGES"!!! Any info or links to other home pages would be greatly appreciated!! I may have info on Googe relatives who are not listed here.
