This is a family group starting, left to right Laura & John Lusk. My Great Aunt and Great Uncle. Hazel Blanche McNeely Lusk and Samuel Parker Lusk, My Grandparents. Upon viewing this photo on (12-24-1999) my Mom relayed this memory to me, She said that day we were on a Picnic in the mountains, (asking what mountains?) She said the Foothills of the Allegany Mountains of Pennsylvania. She said Daddy and Uncle John caught a rattlesnake that day and put it in a big pot, that her Mom had brought with a clamped lid on it, they took it home (live) and Daddy skinned it and removed the rattlers. She said she remembers seeing them around for a long time but has no idea where they are today.
