Benjamin Goss, Jr. was a farmer and and a Baptist. He lived in Wilkes, Newton, Jasper and Morgan Counties, GA. He must have reached Georgia ahead of his parents, because in 1790, he was granted 194 acres in Wilkes County, GA.
In the 1805 Georgia Land Lottery, four Goss men drew: Benjamin Goss, Sr., Benjamin Goss, Jr., Charles Goss and Isham Goss. Each of the four Gosses drew two blanks.
