Blackshear, GA., May 10, Joseph L. Richardson, well known citizen of Blackshear died in Tifton late yesterday afternoon while on a visit to this daughters, Mrs. J. Everett Taylor and Mrs. C.R. Patrick. Besides these two daughters he is survived by his wife, Mrs. J.L. Richardson, and two other daughters, Mrs. Omer Tuten and Mrs. Archie James of Blackshear; one son, Pvt. Joseph A. Richardson of Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, MS. Funeral Services will be held from the Blackshear Baptist Church tomorrow afternoon at 4 0'clock. Rev. Thomas Whitfield will officiate and burial will be in the blackshear Cemetery.
