William Gray was my Great-Great-Great Grandfather and is believed to have sailed from England to the U.S. around 1827. William's children were: Edward Nixon (1827-1897), Fannie, William, and Elizabeth. Edward Nixon Gray was my Great-Great Grandfather.

Philipp Heinrich Christian Streib was my wife's Great-Great-Grandfather. He and his family were born in Reichartshausen, Mosbach, Baden, Germany. His children were: Wilhelm (b. Jul. 20, 1866), Heinrich (b. Jan. 27, 1855), Elizabeth, Louisa, Ludwig, Sophie, Wilhelmina (b. 1856-d. 1857), Karoline (b. Nov. 5, 1862), and Katharina (b. Dec. 19, 1859). Christian's wife's name was Katharina Ullrich. Heinrich moved from Germany to the U.S. (Texas) in 1883 and had 4 children, Fritz, Edward, Kate, and Gussie, with his wife, Dovie Davis.
