Hi to any visitors to this site. My name is Carlyle Green, but better known as Carl, or by the family name, Ed. My wife's name was Edith Velez. Edith passed away the 3rd of March, 1997. I have been working on the family genealogy for about 7 years. This has been for the most part an exciting and eye-opening experience. I started out by researching my wife's ancestors. Both her mother and father had been born in the Hawaiian Islands.
Edith's family heritage includes the surnames; Antonio, Borrero, Caravayo, Caraballo, Carbonel, Carvalho, Chavaria, Cruse, Delgado, Feliciano, Fraticelli, Lugo, Medina, Montes, Rivera, Torres, Vargas, Velez (The foregoing from Puerto Rico and Hawaii), Ball (TX), Evans (CA), Hultberg (PA), Shook (GA).
My family names include Allen, Armstrong, Barnett, Brown, Chiverton, Cortes, Cooper, Cunningham, Davis, DeFrates, Edgar, Girouard, Hancock, Jones, Lean, and Ochiltree (Mostly from England and Ireland).
