Olive Rice was the daughter of Elisha Rice & Katherine Gouldsberry of Sturbridge, MA. She married James Fay, son of Cyrus and Sarah (Chappel) Fay in 1816 and had children: Warren Fay, Cyrus Fay, Sarah Jane Fay, John C. Fay, & William G. Fay.
