Find Family

I am new to research since February 2000. My cousin sent me the Fitch family direct line and I became so interested I researched more on the Fitch line and started researching the Ryals line also. It's much easier now with the aid of computers and Genealogy software than it was when my cousin started hers 30+ years ago. I thank her for getting me interested. I thank her for all the sleepless nights I stay on the computer when I have to get up in the morning and go to work. I do thank her for meeting relatives I haven't seen in years and also meeting some I didn't even know existed. Thank You Pat (Pat's father and my father were brothers)and Bob. NOTE:Pat Wilcox passed away May 15,2002. Her Family History lives on.
And I thank David with finding me and giving me a little more info on his family, the Ryles (a mistake on the marriage certificate listed Jesse Ryals as Jesse Ryles and the family never changed it.)

I also want to thank Vern Hendricks and Roye Johnson, new found cousins that I just met. All of our grandparents were brothers and sisters. Found each other on the internet. These computers are wonderful!!

Looking for more info on the Crabb or Crabbe and Clevenger or Clevinger families, as I believe we are intertwined on the Crabb side.
Other Lines that are being researched:

Bathsheba Pride
John Stoddard
Elizabeth Stratton Thorndike
James Henry Killion-looking for a marriage date and place to Florence P. Fitch

***UPDATE***
Lemuel D. Fitch, for whatever reason decided to be called Lemuel J. or John L. Fitch. I just received his 42 page probate from the Colusa County Historical Researcher, along with other numerous items on "John". Not only was he the stage proprietor as the 1860 census for the county says, he started the first stage from Colusa to Marysville, California. He was an eyewitness to most of the town burning at 3:30 AM on Friday, September 5, 1856. He gave a first-hand report to The Marysville Herald telling which businesses were burned.

Lemuel D. Fitch in Colusa County, California-He was a stagecoach driver and he also was listed as U.SQ.M. Dept., Mex, War, Colusa County. He is listed in the 1860 Census of Colusa, California as a stage proprietor. He wrote a letter to his brother (my great grandfather) telling him he would love to take him on one trip across the Sacramento River into Marysville, California. He had a beautiful matched team for his stagecoach.

I welcome any corrections you may have on these lines.
