She was born February 24, 1811 in Warren County, Kentucky ⁴, and died May 24, 1888 in Fayette County, Texas ⁵.

According to information from David A. Stumpf's research, Zedekiah was orphaned at a young age after moving from North Carolina to Kentucky. He was raised in an orphanage in Bowling Green, KY.

In the 1830 census of St. Louis County, Missouri ( Bon Homme ) listed on the same page as Zedekiah Green are the names Sarah McClure and Andrew McClure. Andrew McClure and Sarah McClure are probably Susanna's brother and sister. Her parents may be Josiah McClure and Sarah Harris of Virginia - will continue to try and connect.
