2. HEINRICH² KAISER (SABASTION¹) was born October 18, 1859 in Norka, Russia, and died June 21, 1936 in Portland, oregon, Multnomah County. He married (1) KATHERINE BARTEL Bef. 1885 in Russia. She died Abt. 1893 in Russia. He married (2) SABINA SATTLER November 22, 1894 in Rosenberg, Russia. She was born August 01, 1872 in Schilling, Russia, and died September 07, 1958 in McMinnville, Oregon Yamhill County.

Notes for HEINRICH KAISER:
They left Russia in 1899 or 1900 to go to Arcola Canada, where they applied for and received a Homestead. They also applied for and got Citizenship of Canada. They stayed in Arcola, Canada until 1904, then for some unknown reason went back to Russia for about 6 years. In 1911 they returned to Canada, this time settling in Winnipeg for a short spell then back to Arcola. By 1920 they migrated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and had a home for a while near what is now 38th and Hampton on the Northwest side of Milwaukee. This side of Milwaukee, back then, was called "Redtown", in reference to the Germans from Russia living in the area. The area was bounded by 27th on the west, Hopkins on the east, and south of Villard. They soon moved out to Hales Corners and had a farm near Hy 100 and Forest Home. My mother said they grew the Usual farm products; wheat, hay, garden crops and raised cattle. They sold some of the milk to the local stores. Alas, the itch to move got under Great Grandpa Kaiser's skin again and he went looking around for another place to move to. He traveled to Kansas and to Michigan, deciding on Michigan. In 1930, He sold the farm in Hales Corners and they moved to a huge farm in Michigan. They stayed there for Two years, did a swing back to Milwaukee and headed out to Oregon. Jacob, their son, went with them. Once there, they bought a home in Portland. A few years passed and Great Grandpa Kaiser was ailing, He died in Portland Oregon in 1936. Great Grandma Sabina remarried and after all the years of hard work and the stress of raising 10-14 children, she met another Man who also treated her very well and made her smile.
