I am interested in finding out about all branches of my family.I have quite a lot on my mother's sides, but next to nothing for my dad's.I am also just getting started on my husband's family for my daughters.

I found out an interesting bit of information.I am distantly related to Daniel Boone though the Hartzogs.Jacob Hartzog married Rebecca Calloway.Rebecca and her sister Elizabeth (who married Jacob's brother) were grand-nieces of Daniel Boone.
Jacob Hartzog's son George Washington Hartzog changed his name to William Franklin for some unknown reason.There are a couple of rumors as to why, none good.William Franklin would be my Great-Great-Grandfather.He fathered Wiliam Monroe Franklin.Rudy William Franklin was his son. Rudy was my Grandpa.
