2. HENRY STANTON2 CAMP (WILEY1) was born February 22, 1870 in Alabama, and died July 19, 1934. He married ANNIE JANE BOYETT Abt. 1896, daughter of GEORGE BOYETT and MARY CLIATT. She was born April 23, 1872 in Georgia, and died June 03, 1945.

Notes for H
ENRY STANTON CAMP:
According to his grandson, Clyde Camp, Jr., Henry ran a general store in the small town of Keyton, Alabama. He said it could barely be called a town. It was little more than a few farm houses and his grandfather's store. It was a rectangular building about 25 feet long with an eave over the front and one gas pump outside. When I spoke with Clyde Jr. on January 21, 2000, he said he could still smell that old store. "He had pickles and soda crackers and rat cheese," Clyde told me, "along with most things you'd expect to find in a country store." He even remembered that sometimes when he was in the store as a young boy, he could hear his grandfather playing the fiddle inside his house that wasn't more than 50 yards away. Henry was a good fiddle player, but seems to have been shy about the talent.

Henry is buried at Mt. Enon Cemetery in Houston County, Alabama. His tombstone reads, "His toils are past - His work is done - He fought the fight - The victory won."

Notes for A
NNIE JANE BOYETT:
Annie is buried at Mt. Enon Cemetery next to her husband and close to the graves of her parents. Her tombstone reads, "Our darling mother - None but God knows how we miss thee."
