Notes for William Jesse Creech:
Enrolled as a private in Company F (later Co. A) of the First Tennesee Light
Artillery of the Union Army, 10 Oct 1863. He was discharged the 3 Aug 1865
at Nashville, TN.
The family migrated from Tennessee to Kansas, back to Tennesee, back to
Kansas in 1878 for a brief sojourn, then to York County, Nebraska, then to
Howard County, Nebraska, back to Kansas (1897-1899), to South Dakota and then
back to York County, Nebraska.


  39 iii.   Benjamin W. Anderson, born June 22, 1852. He married (1) Margaret Jane Barrett. He married (2) Lulu Butcher.
