Gus worked for the piano factory that Rose's brother owned They owned a 2 flat on Palmer Street in Chicago and a summer home at Channel Lake, IL. Gus loved to fish and would get up early every morning to fish serving fresh fried fish for breakfast. In his later years he suffered from several strokes and was unable to talk cleary.
