This family tree details the ancestors of the Gummer, Pond & Cornelius Families.
Whilst the Pond family have lived in Shepton Beauchamp for many generations, the Gummer family generations originally came from the nearby villages of Barrington, Puckington and Stocklinch Ottersey.
I wish to express my thanks to my cousin Margaret Ashford (nee Pond), Ian Pike (Australia) and Peter Gummer, without whom I could not have considered to undertake this research as they have provided to me much of the data.
Also a thanks to Sarah Hawkins for her transcriptions of Barrington etc. that are available on the internet.
Further additions have now been made to my tree to include the ancestors of Oliver Gummer - this data is as a result of extensive research by Jack & Aileen Gummer of Five Dock, Australia
