Gurtler Family Homepage-of New York and New Jersey

I am compiling family information about the GURTLER family from New York City. My grandparents, Ida (Goldbaum) and Herman Gurtler came from Rumania and emigrated to New York sometime in the mid to late 1920's. They entered through Ellis Island and settled in Brooklyn (East New York). They had three sons, Max, Larry, and Maurice.I am looking for information about the ancestors and relatives in Rumania. I believe that we also have ancestry in Austria, Germany and Russia. I am also looking for information about the ZWEIER family from New York City.
