Patience Folger (b. Abt. 1640, d. WFT Est. 1693-1735)

Patience Folger (daughter of Peter Folger and Mary Morriel) was born Abt. 1640, and died WFT Est. 1693-1735. She married (1) Ebanezer Harker, son of Anthony Harker and Mary(Harker). She married (2) James Garden.

Notes for Patience Folger:
Patience Folger, the wife of Ebanezer Harker,I , was the daughter of Peter Folger, who arived in New England in 1635. from Norwich County,Norfolk, England. Benjamin Franklin, in his geneology notes, infers that the Folger family is of Flemish origin. He taught school at Martha's Vinyard. In his later years he lived in Nantucket.
