Had a family reunion in 1991 in brandon manitoba - have since compiled information that has been published on the World Family Tree. 5/8/2000.Hope to hear from someone who has futher information on the surname " gyles " .William John Gyles came from Youghal Ireland around 1880-82. arrived in Winnipeg,Man in winter of 1882 - homesteaded in Virden area - had 8-sons 3-daughters. Most of the info. after 1880 has been compiled & submitted to WFT.
