I'm researching the Hadlund, Walling, Hershey, Butler, Rief, Hendershot, Sandage and Sandberg surnames along with their related families.

The Hadlund and Sandberg line began in Mellby, Småland, Jönöpkings län, Sweden. Great-Grandfather was born Klas Alfred Andersson and great-grandmother was born Mathilda Sofia Johansdotter. He has been found in some Swedish records with the name Lindqvist.

It is belived that my Walling/Wallen ancestor came to america on The Anne, the sister ship to The Mayflower (I know a lot of people claim to have come over on the Mayflower and I have no proof of this, but it makles an interesting story.)

My Rief line started in Erfde, Schleswig-Holstein, in what is now Germany. It has been part of Denmark in the past, as well as a few other countries.

The Hershey line started in Switzerlad, The Butler line began in Ireland but I haven't found the immagrant yet, The Hendershot line also started in Germany and I think the Sandage line began in Austria.
