This farm belonged to George and Mary Eve HOFFMAN and is located on Grove Road in West Whiteland township, Chester county. The stone foundation and north wall are original. The roof and wooden walls have been replaced over the years. There is a spring house located to the right of the barn and a small stream called "Broad Run" runs through the valley. This farm is still occuppied although much smaller in size. There are a few sheep on the property.
