I am researching the families of my parents, Winifred Dutton and William Herman Joseph Posno. My mother was the youngest daughter of William Henry Dutton and Frederica Riley of Pickmere, Cheshire, England and later of Clear Creek, Ontario, Canada. My father was the oldest son of Fanny Posno and Willem Arnoldus Theresius Severeinse of Amsterdam, Holland. I have been in touch with cousins in Canada, England, the Netherlands, Australia and the USA who were previously unknown to me.They have provided lots of interesting facts and names which make our family tree pretty special. I have much more information on collateral lines and families of spouses which does not appear on this home page. Special thanks to Betty (Posno) Davidson for the loan of the 'Posno Memoirs', to Hazel Halse for information on the Wilkinson/Curbishley/Dutton connection, to Ger Posno for his research on the Posno family, to Ans Schiphorst for information on the Schiphorst/Severeinse families, to Louise Vrande for information on the Schiphorst/Severeinse/van de Vrande connection, and to the members of the Riley Gang - Colin, Caroline, Elaine, Paul, Margaret, John & Allan - for all their wealth of knowledge and support. Thanks also to my other cousins who have shared information and family pictures.
