Many have helped in these endeavors and while they would like to list all the names a few stand out. Christine Petter(Darmstadt, Germany) helped idenify not our Petter ancestors as well as cousins in Germany, Werner Jantzen (Koln Germany) and Max Eckhardt contributed much of the Jantzen genealogy while Ron Baird and Pat Buckland supplied much of the Maples genealogy. Kurt's Aunt Jane Hahn Barnett got him started on the Hahn genealogy with her work some 35 years ago and the late Ted Weber helped track down our Weber cousins.Dennis Hahn of St. Charles Mo. added much on Theileman Hahn's brother of Heinrich Hahn's descendents. Church and City archivists in Alsfeld and Dorum added more.Arlene Inscoe Fultz, Dorthy Secor, Russell Insko and many others helped with the Inscoe/Inscho, Insko research.
Hazel Monahan of the Hudson, Michigan Museum helped much with the Kelley/Chivers/Maples and related family information from Southern Michigan. Many others have helped and we are deeply appreciative. We must also acknowledge the assistance of the LDS Family History Center and Joseph Smith Building Genealogical Library in Salt Lake City.Lastly we have been assisted by many volunteers on various Rootsweb mailing lists especially with respect to Kurt's Gminder ancestors from Reutlingen especially his cousin's wife Karen Cale Schauwecker.
