My name is Michael P. Hallatt. My wife & I live in Cicero, NY. I was born in Syracuse, NY and lived there most of my life. I have been a firefighter with the Syracuse Fire Dept. since March of 1987. Married on Oct. 6,2001 to Mary T. DeGiglio. My parent's names are Arthur A. Hallatt & Carol Steinbach. His parents are Arthur Hallatt Jr. and Grace Marie Schneider. Her parent's are Robert George Steinbach & Elizabeth Monica Senske.

Mary's parents are Fred DeGiglio and Ida Dolores DePerno. Fred's parents are Francesco (Frank) DiGiglio and Maria DiCrisci. Ida's parents are Joseph N. DePerno Jr. & Mafalda Procopia. Mafalda's parents were Francesco & Elizabeth Procopia.

My g-grandparents on my dad's side are Arthur Hallatt, married to Isabel Gregson (On May 12, 1894 at St. Wilfred's Chapel, Preston, Lancashire, England) and Ludwig Schneider, married to Mary Ellen Sweeney. My g-grandparents on my mom's side are John Steinbacher married to Ella (don't know her maiden name. May be Ottenmiller. Also my grandfather Robert Steinbach shortened his last name) & Anthony Senske, married to Faustina Jankowski.

Mary's g-grandparents on her dad's side are Nicola Maria DiGiglio, married Anna Theresa Laino (both born in Italy) & Ferdinando DiCrisci, married to Maria Antonia DiCrisci (unknown maiden name. Both born in Italy). G-grandparents on her mom's side are Joseph N. DePerno (born Giuseppe DiPerna), married to Addea Matrone(Both born in Italy, immigrated from Sicignano, Italy).

We are both looking for any information we can get on our families, no matter how insignifigent or trivial. Names, dates, funny stories, and places. We both appreciate any help we can get.
