I am researching John Hampton and his descendants: Janet, John, Elizbeth, Lydia, David, Andrew, Jonathan, Noah and Joseph. John immigrated to NJ in 1683 from Scotland. The family moved on to PA, MD,DE, VA, WVA, NC and TN. John was married to Unknown, Katherine Cloudsley, Martha Brown and Jean Curtis Ogbourne. His brother was Andrew Hampton of Essex Co, NJ. Any help in locating information about sons Noah (VA), Andrew (MD) and John (NJ-PA-VA) would be most appreciated. |
