I Timothy Coe of Sussex County in the territories of Pennsylvania being sick and weak in body but of Sound mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament in manner following I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel my plantation and land thereunto belonging situate lying and being at Rehobeth in Sussex County to him and his heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto my son Timothy a tract of land on the south side of Muddy Creek in Accomack Co. to him and his heirs forever. Item I give unto my son-in-law John Morgan the sum of fourteen pounds Currt. Silver money. Item I give and bequeath unto my three children, Daniel, Timothy, and Mary the remainder, the other two thirds of my said estate to be equally divided between my said children. Lastly I nominate my dear wife to be my executrix of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th day of January Anno: One thousand Seven hundred and twenty.
