WAGAMON & LONG Family

 		Some of the Surnames I'm researching are WAGAMON, LONG, CARL, GRIFFITH, BLAIR, MARKER, LONGWELL, HUMPHREYS AND WINSLOW.

I have researched my Wagamon's (spelled various ways, Wagaman, Wogaman, Waugaman and Wagemann) back to William Waggaman in the 1786 tax lists of Brothers Valley Twp. Bedford Co, PA (Somerset Co in 1795). In 1805, William and two brothers, Christian and John went to Montgomery Co, OH and Darke Co. William died in Elkhart Co Indiana in 1836.

My gg gf. Elial LONG b. PA 1791, d. Bureau Co IL 1860. I have undocumented info indicating his wife Mary Ann (1797-1864) was a daughter of Robert Wallace and Mary Ann Worley.

My g gf John W Long (1835-1914) married Sarah Jane CARL in Bureau Co, IL 1861. Sarah's Death Cert 1915 in Iowa Co, IA lists her father as Solomon CARL.
