This picture is taken at the first log home on Peshtigo Brook farms. You can see John P ( Jens)is in his late teens (good looking chap) and the girls are in their early twenties.

This is a letter/poem from Grace to John on their golden wedding day. William (Billy) Perrin had the letter in his collection. It was read by Florence (daughter) at the Hansen Reunion in Iron Mountain in 1998. The reading brought down the house and many tears to the eyes.

has been that the second name is after the mother father.

Obviously my Mom and Dad got confused with Tillinghast being my G-G-GF (and not GF.)
This photo was given to me by Bill Perrin. I'm not sure he knew it was my fathers namesake; but I sure appreciated receiving it!!
