We are researching the Fardon Family, and originally started on the Gloucestershire, England, branch. The Gloucestershire Fardon Family appears to have been centred around Temple Guiting and Guiting Power, in Gloucestershire, England. The earliest record appears to be a John Fardon who, as a Constable and along with others, swore allegiance to the King at Hayles, Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, England in 1715, and it is very likely that he is linked to the Deddington, Oxford, England, family. |
