We are continuing to research our German connections--William
Jacob Gans from New Orleans, LA, a Lutheran minister. The family
served in CAN, NE,TX,LA,with the final church being in Middle Creek,NE., Also the immigration of the Gans, Walkenhorst,
Nagel, and Luehrman(n)families and filling in marriage dates
and locations. Frederick Nagel and Maria Von
Eschenberg/Cassimink/Nagel both immigrated from Brisen,Prussia
in the mid 1800's to Ft. Wayne,IN. For our Swedish connections
we are interested in the Newmans from VT, NY, and NE; the
Johnsons from IL and NE, and the Eggers, Scheers, and Endres.

From the paternal side, we are interested in the Byarlay family
(Bauer-lein,Beyerle,Bierly,Beyerlein,Beyerly) who immigrated
from Germany on the "Alexander and Ann" that sailed from
Rotterdam to Philadelphia in 1730. They lived in PA,VA,TN,
Jackson Co.,IN, Riley Co.,Kansas; and the Wilsons who originally
lived in Columbiana Co, OH and moved to IL, the Bennetts,
Lakins, Coopers, Bendings, and Curtis.
