| This page is dedicated to the descendants of (1) John Harrell of Nansemond, Va, and Bertie Co., NC., & his descendants of Robeson Co, NC (2) Herman Mauer/Maurer of Germany and York Co., Pa. (particularly through his son John who died in Franklin Co. Pa. in 1827), (3) Hans Ebbert, whose descendants joined the Moravians in NC (Frederick and Christian resided in Stokes Co., NC in the early 1800 to mid 1800's) and finally (4) Jesse Boyd, born 1785, who resided in or near Patrick Co., Va in the early 1800's. Jesse is believed to be the son of a William Boyd who was born in NC, moved to Va and later to Ky. I'm looking for proof of that connection. With respect to Jesse, I'm looking for information on a Floyd Boyd who was living in Jesse's household in 1860. I have not included source information in the family reports for a number of reasons. If you desire such information, please email me directly. I ask that anyone with similar lines and with information to share to contact me by email.
