I am searching for any information on David Evans and Rebecca Martin. Parents, date of birth, place of birth. Just about anything would help in my search.
I have that they were married in Marion,Indiana on Aug. 6, 1828. Their children were Armstrong, Elizabeth, Rachel, Samuel and David.
They moved to Ohio. Armstrong, Elizabeth and Rachel were born in Highland Co. Ohio. Samuel and David were born in back in Indiana. Hamilton Co. Indiana on a 60ac. farm out side of Arcadia. Samual lived there all of his 82yrs. The only time he left the area was during the war.
I can't find anything on either of them before they married and David disappears after the 1830 census. She remarried a man named James Merritt and they had more children, Nelson, Robert, Nancy, Louisa and Lawrenda.
