| I have just started to do some research into my family tree. I have become an avid "scrapbooker" (a hobby which entails preserving family history with photos, and so both photographs and family history have become very important to me of late. My family routes are from Ireland and Hungary. My father (Dunne) born in US, however his family originated in Ireland, primarily County Cork to the best of my knowledge. My mother (Sziksao/Skiksai - there is some discrepency) was also born in the United States. However, both her Mother and Father, were the only ones in their family to come to the United States from Hungary. My husband's family, Harrington, (or one part of it) also came primarily from County Cork Ireland. |
