Whereas by trust deed dated Nov. 20, 1875 and of record in the Clerks Office of Southampton Milly Bozeman alias Turner Did grant & convey unto J. B. Prince trustee the following real estate to wit a certain parcel of land containing 48 acres more or less & bounded by lands of R.S. Pope, Sally Wiggins, Wm. J. Gray, & others, and are other parcel of land containing 70 acres more or lefs bounded by the lands of Thomas Crocker Lamb Stewart, Alec Stewart & others- In trust to secure a debt due by said Bozeman alias Turner to R.S. Pope for $116.25 and wherein the said debt has been fully paid as is evidenced by the said R.S. Pope being a party to this Deed signing sealing and acknowledging the same. Now therefore this deed made this 12th day of March 1884 between J.B. Prince trustee & R.S. Pope of one part & Milly Bozeman alias Turner of second part Witnesfest : That in consideration of above facts said parties of first do grant convey & release unto the said Milly Bozeman alias Turner the above mentioned deed of trust .
